AGREEMENT: TERMS & CONDITIONS

I fully acknowledge and agree, in consideration of the Kennel, which expression will include the

proprietors and their servants and agents, boarding the pets named in this booking form:

1. That the Pet Owner agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour of

the animal while it is in the Kennel’s care and hereby indemnifies the Kennel and shall

keep the Kennel indemnified to the full extent permitted by law or for any action of the

animal which apart from this indemnity may have created any liability on the Kennel.

2. That I warrant that I am the sole owner of the pets or am authorised by the owner of the pets

to enter into this agreement, and that the information set out in this Booking Form is correct.

3. That the Kennel bears no responsibility for any collars, leads, containers or other articles left

with the Kennel.

4. That I shall pay to the Kennel the agreed boarding charge ( as set out in the letter of

confirmation) per calendar day or part thereof during the period of lodgement of pets with

the Kennel, and further agree to pay any additional charges that may accrue from additional
services provided, supplied or incurred by the kennel.

5. That I authorise the Kennel to obtain veterinary attention for the pets, including any

treatment and investigative procedures, should the Kennel in its absolute discretion decide

that such veterinary attention is necessary, and I shall pay the cost of any such veterinary

attention.

6. That a deposit, the amount being as shown in the letter of confirmation, will be paid on my

confirming acceptance of this booking. The balance of the boarding fee, as set out in the

letter of confirmation, to be paid in full on the day of admittance.

7. That I agree that should a cat be delivered into the kennel 's care and is found to be carrying
fleas, the kennel is authorised to apply a Frontline treatment to the cat and the owner agrees
to accept the cost of the treatment.

8. That I will not be entitled to remove the pets from the Kennel until I have paid all monies

owing pursuant to this Agreement.

9. That no deposit paid to the Kennel will be refunded unless the Kennel is provided with no

less than 2 (two) weeks notice. In the event of adequate notice of cancellation of a

confirmed booking a minimum administration fee of $25.00 will be charged.
In respect of bookings for the period 20 Dec to 10 Jan, we will require payment
of a $50.00 non refundable deposit at time of booking. The balance of the booking
fee is payable, in full, by 30 November. After 30 November and prior to 20 Dec,
the booking can be cancelled and a credit, less the $50.00 deposit, will be
processed to your account. After the 20th Dec, the booking may be cancelled
but there will be no refund allowed.

10. That, during peak periods and school holidays, a customer whose pet is turned away due to

out of date inoculations will not be entitled to any refund of any deposit already paid to the

Kennel.

11. That no refund of boarding fees will be given where the pet is removed earlier than the

booked date of collection.

12. That the Kennel reserves the right to refuse entry of any animals.

13. That dogs being boarded have current C5 inoculations and cats have current F3 inoculations.

All inoculations shall have been given at least 2 weeks prior to arrival at the kennel. This is

a minimum standard requirement and pets arriving without the required level of inoculations

will be refused entry to the kennel.

Copies of the current inoculation certificates must be submitted when returning the

confirmation of your booking.

14. That, to the best of my knowledge, my dog/s have not been exposed to canine cough.

15. That the Kennel will not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury as a

result of canine influenza or canine cough, injury, death, or loss or damage of any kind

whatsoever that may occur to any animal while in the care of the Kennel.

16. That, subject to alteration by the Kennel, these conditions shall apply each time I admit pets

to the care of the Kennel.

17. I have read and understood this agreement and am entitled to a copy now or whenever

requested.
